From very humble beginnings of manufacturing 50 tons per year of Stilbenic Dye Intermediates, Vasant retained a dominant position in the world market by expanding its operations to manufacture 7,000 tons of DASDA (4'4' Diamino Stilbene 2'2' Disulphonic Acid) per year.
