Our Company was incorporated as "Aasia Finance Private Limited" under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated December 20, 2006 bearing registration number 166340 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to "Hinduja Finance Private Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 25, 2008.
