The Company is a subsidiary of Ambuja Neotia Holdings Private Limited. The Company has completed the development of City Centre Mall at Siliguri, West Bengal. The project is a multi-utility commercial complex comprising of shopping mall and office space which is an integral part of residential township christened ‘Uttorayon’. Along similar lines, the Company has completed the development of City Centre Malls at Haldia, West Bengal, and Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Both the projects are the first such project in the respective cities. The Company is developing a business tower christened ‘Ecocentre’ in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. The IT-ITES building shall be an integrated multi-utility office complex with all the modern amenities. The Company has also developed office complex christened ‘Ecospace Business Park’ a gold-rated green building, through its subsidiary company.
