The ACS HR Business Analyst provides analysis of HR data to all levels of the ACS HR organization. The role must leverage and continuously improve existing Honeywell process, policy and procedures while building credibility within the HR organization as the resident HR data and analytics expert. Broad Role Accountabilities • Enable the process of developing Annual Operating Plan & Strategic Long Term Plan for ACS HR India • Partner directly with HR information sponsors/champions to understand the business functional needs and priorities • Support SBU HRG’s for specific diagnostics using data as an enabler • Run ACS - wide analytics that serve as diagnostic for a business • Pro - actively and rapidly design and build insights and analytics for the ACS HR functions through report generation, data analysis and trend identification. • Census reporting for Corporate, Functional Transformation, and ACS business requirements. • Provide training and support for HR on Global Data Standards, use of data, HR Data Warehouse and analytics, HR metrics. • Provision of ad - hoc information requests to senior HR leadership, including analysis and analytics, using both HR data, other internal Honeywell data and external data sources, where appropriate • Establish and maintain common information standards for the function • Champion Information & Analytics with ACS HR / Business to build solid business case for change The business analyst owns the census process and work with the HR community to report census changes to HR leadership. The role updates, maintains and audits all HR data.
