Requires a 12 year technology expert in Microsoft technologies. Must have experience of enterprise architecture, designing and implementation of complex applications (windows and web based). A good technical leader with motivation to excel in technology areas, proven technical expertise in .Net, WCF/WPF in terms of designing and implementing systems. Need hands on people to work in highly technical and aggressive time frame, must be capable of guiding others and working with multiple teams/clients. Must understand CMMi level practices and various software methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Test Driven Development). Experience of working in product development will be preferred.
