CNH Industrial is looking for Manager Welfare for their New Holland Fiat India Pvt Ltd. Plant in Greater Noida . Job Responsibilities:- 1. Directing, coordinating and planning essential GS & F central services such as : Canteen, Transport, Uniform, Hospitals, Housekeeping, Horticulture, Front Office, Travel, Courier, Stationery, Consumables, Events. Any other GS & F vertical as allocated from time to time. Canteen: Budget planning, operations, MIS, Cost reduction initiatives. Transport: Route mapping, transport allocation, daily operations & audits 2. Proactively manage all facility services in accordance with standard processes and procedures, ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Develop processes & SOPs wherever required. 3. Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts & services. Incorporate cost control measures vis a vis variance & new initiatives. 4. Arranging for relocation of employees from different parts of India which includes arrangement for their home and family related needs such as transportation, house hunting. 5. Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations. 6. Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for office spaces/ buildings, or re-organizing current premises 7. Vendor Management- Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies. 8. Maintain score cards for vendor and customers. 9. Asset management. 10. Team management- coordinating and leading one or more teams to efficiently cover various areas of responsibility. 11. Planning and preparing comprehensive MIS for General Services & Facilities. 12. Ensure adherence to all compliances for the department functions.
