Job Purpose Proactively providing day to day creative leadership Creative management of projects by leading design teams Recruiting and retaining design team members with support of the senior management team Managing and reporting on project status as required Responsibility for allocated general management tasks/projects within the creative studio Internal Creative Leader Main Duties Promoting and developing creative thinking Providing overall large project creative direction Mentoring and nurturing creatives Regularly reviewing creative work Creative lead on all pitch development Key client contact for all creative issues Fostering team approach to working with other skillsets planning, insights and client services Working with creative directors in establishing future creative vision Pro- actively developing initiatives for the creative studio Liaising with studio director on resource/project issues Key Responsibilities: Leadership - creatively leading the studio alongside the other Design Directors, both formally and informally; representing the company as a positive ambassador at all times both within the studio and all external audiences Mentoring to motivate, inspire and nurture ADDs and designers, both personally and professionally; reviewing and performing appraisals of team members; highlight training issues and requirements for individual designers Best Practice ensuring that ADD and designers are integrated and focused within the company; working in conjunction with the Studio Manager and Designer Directors to ensure the correct mix of skills and levels of experience for various projects Communication keeping the Creative Director and administrative staff informed of design related issues External Project Leader Main Duties Creative direction Efficient and cost effective project direction Creative issues for the team Active involvement of generation of new business Key Responsibilities Leadership undertaking all aspects of creative project leadership, i.e. setting up projects, identifying key project members and their roles, adhering to timescales, budgets and productivity Creativity ensuring creative direction and highest creative standards in accordance with the design brief Client Management assisting Client Managers and Directors with direct client liaison, when required Business Development helping consultants develop new and existing business opportunities Delivery liaising with nominated Client Managers and Creative to ensure proper work flow and timely execution of projects Planning working alongside the strategic planning team in the development of design briefs and their proper articulation to design teams Communication assisting in the presentation of completed design work to end client, where required Commercial managing financial resources with the proper approvals of senior management and the financial team Professional and Technical Experience: Professional qualification (s) of a high standard Solid design experience in a similar creative environment Strong consumer brand experience Ability to communicate ideas, i.e. sketches, written, verbal Demonstrable experience of liaising and developing client relationships Proactive approach to technology, software and industry innovations Proven ability in offering a multi- skilled and challenging outlook to creative briefs Ability to perform consistently and reliably with a willingness to increase professional responsibilities, skills and understanding of broader market issues Comprehensive experience in creative software relative to design software Key Success Factors: Strength of strategic and creative outlook Demonstrable success in leading, motivating and communicating Creative impact and ability to manage the complete delivery of projects Mentoring and development of new talent Understanding Bold Thinking and how it translates into design Salary: Not Disclosed by Recruiter Industry: Banking / Financial Services / Broking Functional Area: Sales , Retail , Business Development Role Category:Senior Management Role:Head/VP/GM/National Manager -Sales Desired Candidate Profile Education- UG: Any Graduate PG:MBA/PGDM Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required Please refer to the Job description above
