Responsibilities p> Attend rescue operations and assist with client statements; li> Coordinate placement in suitable aftercare homes for clients; li> Administer post-rescue care and counseling to clients; li> Attend victim remand and CWC hearings and influence the best decision for clients; li> Conduct home investigations within and outside Mumbai in order to determine safe custody options for the client; li> Consistently follow up with clients per the Minimum Standards of Care. This would include visits to their homes within and outside the state; li> Provide on-going client updates on follow ups and treatment plans for rescued girls in the data management system; li> Facilitate the provision of life skills and soft skills trainings for clients; li> Identify and develop rehabilitation and vocational programs at aftercare homes in conjunction with the Program Manager; li> Assist Program Managers in the implementation of programs at aftercare homes; li> Facilitate the provision of end to end services to clients to enable smooth transition into society; li> Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the Aftercare system; and li> Advocate for victim friendly treatment in the Aftercare system. li> ul> Required Skills and Experience p> A degree in Social Work (Masters in Social Work); li> Prior experience working with victims of abuse or children in especially difficult circumstances; li> Prior experience of having worked in care and support programs for children and youth; li> Counseling experience with program management would be considered an asset; li> Experience in Process Documentation is a must; li> Strong reporting and documentation skills; li> Exposure in planning and creating budgets would be an added advantage; li> Self-motivated, articulate and able to manage multiple tasks; and li> Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Hindi and one other national language (Kannada/ Bengali) would be an added advantage. li> ul> Critical Qualities p> Organized meticulous attention to detail and disciplined with priorities; li> Sustained positive attitude, personable and mature judgment; li> Willing to travel as per the need; li> Genuinely reliable and consistently punctual; li> Works well under stress and delivers as per timelines; li> Strong ethic of service and a passion for IJMrsquos goals; and li> Effective organizer, planner and implementer li> ul> p> Salary: Not Disclosed by Recruiter Industry: IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area: Other Role Category:Other Role:Other Keyskills operations service travel data management soft skills social work kannada bengali options standards Desired Candidate Profile Education- UG: Any Graduate PG:MBA/PGDM Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required Please refer to the Job description above
